September 2023 ROR for star classification hotels will reach 60.48 percent. Foreign tourist visits in September 2023 grew 11.03 percent compared to the previous month.

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in September 2023 was recorded at 60.48 percent, an increase of 1.66 percentage points compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions in September 2022, the TPK value in September 2023 has increased by 0.23 percentage points.

The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in September 2023 will reach 1.57 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests is 2.47 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests is 1.56 days.

During September 2023 there were 584 foreign tourist visits to East Kalimantan. When compared with the previous month, the number of foreign tourist visits in September 2023 increased by 11.03 percent.

The increase in foreign tourist visits was mainly recorded at the SAMS Sepinggan airport gate by 11.05 percent.
