October 2023 ROR for star classification hotels will reach 62.39 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in October 2023 was recorded at 62.39 percent, an increase of 1.91 percentage points compared to the previous month. On the other hand, when compared with the TPK conditions in October 2022, the TPK value in October 2023 decreased by 1.81 percentage points.
The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in October 2023 will reach 1.59 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 2.36 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.58 days.
During October 2023 there were 363 foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Timur Province. When compared with the previous month, the number of foreign tourist visits in October 2023 decreased by 37.84 percent.
The decline in foreign tourist arrivals was mainly recorded at the SAMS Sepinggan airport gate by 37.74 percent.
