Export Value Bontang in 2013 recorded US $ 11,567 million, an increase by an average of 8.85 percent per year in the period 2002-2013. In the same year the value of imports reached US $ 501 million-the highest total or average rose 13.69 percent annually

Oil and Gas Export Bontang in 2013 reached US $ 9,078 million, an increase on average reached 7.16 percent annually in the period of eleven years (2013-2002). Medium Non Oil Exports in 2013 reached US $ 2,488 million increased two-digit 20.84 percent per year in the same period.

Gas imports Bontang showed an increasing trend booming in 2013 reached US $ 163 million, up 112.58 percent on average per year (2013-2002). Import of Non-Oil is also a trend to increase to US $ 338 million in 2013, up an average of 9.68 per cent per year over the same period.

Export according to most destinations in Asia in 2013 reached 96.48 percent, next to the American record of 1.65 percent, 1.43 percent and the rest of Australia to Europe and Africa 0.44 percent. The highest import comes from the State of Malaysia was US $ 168 million.
