BPS Kota Bontang presented the ASN Outstanding Quarter 2 2024 award at the BPS Kota Bontang Office to Puput Handayani, S.Tr.Stat.

The awarding of this Best Employee award was carried out in order to improve employee motivation and performance within the BPS Kota Bontang environment, given to employees who have worked diligently and actively in the form of an award in the form of the Most Valuable Person (MVP) Predicate Quarter 2 2024.

The criteria for selecting the Best Employee are seen from the performance values, achievements, and BEHAVIOR values, namely Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative in the period of Quarter II 2024. So that employees with the best performance values, achievements, and BEHAVIOR deserve to receive an award as the Best Employee of Quarter II 2024 BPS Kota Bontang.
