BPS Bontang City awarded the ASN Outstanding Quarter 1 Year 2024 award at the BPS Bontang City office to Della Nabiela S.Tr.Stat.

This was done in the framework of implementing steps to improve the quality of performance management by referring to the "BPS Bontang City Integrity Zone Development Plan". This assessment uses the Blended Performance Assessment method by paying attention objectively through Performance Results (CKPR/KIPAPP) and subjectively through Work Behavior (Core Value of AKHLAK).

It is hoped that in the future it can motivate employees within BPS Bontang City to continue working, work optimally and provide the best for the nation, state and society.
