Abstract

This publication is an ongoing publication of the previous year which is structured as a planning framework by utilizing the human development paradigm as a strategic point in development. It is hoped that this publication can serve as an input in the planning, formulation of government policy of Bontang Municipality in order to realize the Bontang Society that is virtuous, to be fair and prosperous.
