Abstract

  • The increase in FTT was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib). 
  • NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province January 2022, namely the Exchange Rate Food Crop Farmers (NTPP) of 95.02; Horticultural Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 109.23; Farmers' Exchange Rate for People's Plantation Crops (NTPR) is 176.42; Livestock Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 105.82; and the Exchange Rate of Fishermen and Fish Cultivators (NTNP) of 100.99.
  • In January 2022, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in FTT, namely the food crops sub-sector (1.16 percent), the people's plantation sub-sector (2.03 percent), and the fisheries sub-sector (0.22 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the horticulture sub-sector (-0.39 percent) and the livestock sub-sector (-0.05 percent).
  • The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of  Kalimantan Timur Province in January 2022 was 133.36, an increase of 1.10 percent compared to the NTUP in December 2021 which was recorded at 131.90. There are four sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the food crops sub-sector, the people's plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the fishery sub-sector.
