Abstract

  • The NTP of Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2021 was 119.32 or up 0.55 percent compared to the NTP in May 2021. The increase in the NTP was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).
  • NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2021, namely the Exchange Rate of Food Crops Farmers (NTPP) of 94.86; Horticultural Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 105.38; Farmer's Exchange Rate for People's Plantation Plants (NTPR) is 146.86; Livestock Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 105.81; and the Exchange Rate of Fishermen and Fish Cultivators (NTNP) of 102.13.
  • In June 2021, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the food crops sub-sector (0.35 percent), the people's plantation sub-sector (1.08 percent), and the livestock sub-sector (0.78 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the horticulture sub-sector (-0.34 percent) and the fisheries sub-sector (-0.95 percent).
  • The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of Kalimantan Timur Province in June 2021 was 120.95, an increase of 0.56 percent compared to the NTUP in May 2021 which was recorded at 120.27. There are three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the food crops sub-sector, the people's plantation sub-sector, and the livestock sub-sector.
