Abstract

  • Kalimantan Timur Province FTT in February 2021 amounted to 116.85 or an increase of 0.52 percent compared to the FTT in January 2021. The increase in FTT was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It), which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).
  • FTT per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province February 2021, namely Food Crop Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 97.55; Horticultural Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 107.61; Exchange Rate of Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) of 140.23; Livestock Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 101.39; and Fishermen and Fish Cultivator Exchange Rate (NTNP) of 101.68.
  • In February 2021, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in FTT, namely the horticulture sub-sector (0.81 percent), the smallholder plantation sub-sector (1.36 percent), and the livestock sub-sector (0.08 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-0.84 percent) and the fisheries sub-sector (-0.68 percent).
  • The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses (NTUP) in Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2021 was 117.57 or an increase of 0.60 percent compared to NTUP in January 2021 which was recorded at 116.86. There are three sub-sectors that have experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the horticulture sub-sector, the smallholder plantation sub-sector, and the livestock sub-sector.
