Abstract

East Kalimantan Province in July 2017 experienced an inflation of 0.12 percent, or a change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 133.46 in June 2017 to 133.61 in July 2017. Up to July 2017 Inflation calendar year 2.76 percent, while year on year inflation was 4.08 percent.

If detailed by city, in July 2017, Samarinda City experienced 0.60 percent Inflation with CPI 133.25. While Balikpapan City experienced Deflation -0.52 percent with CPI of 134.08. Up to July 2017 Inflation in the calendar year of Samarinda is 3.43 percent, while Balikpapan is 1.90 percent. The year-on-year Inflation in Samarinda was 4.72 percent and Balikpapan was 3.26 percent.
