Socialization of Beautiful Village 2024

Monday, September 2, 2024, BPS Bontang City held a Beautiful Village Socialization (Love Statistics) which took place in the Gunung Elai Village Meeting Room, North Bontang District. This activity aims to introduce Beautiful Village as one of the programs to improve data literacy at the village/sub-district level which is in line with village/sub-district development programs.

Gunung Elai Village is the subject of the Beautiful Village Development of BPS Bontang City in 2024. This village is one of 502 villages/sub-districts throughout Indonesia that participated in the Beautiful Village Development this year. The Beautiful Village socialization event was attended by a number of policy makers, including from the Regional Secretariat for General Government of Bontang City, Bapperida Bontang City, Diskominfo Bontang City, North Bontang District, and Gunung Elai Village. On this occasion, a joint commitment was also signed between BPS Bontang City and the Bontang City Government in supporting and making the Beautiful Village Development activities a success. Hopefully the good collaboration between the Bontang City Government and the Bontang City BPS can continue to be established.
