The industrial sector is one of the highest supporting sectors for the economy in Bontang City.

One of the data collections in the industrial sector is through the Micro and Small Industry Survey (IMK).

In 2024, BPS will hold the 2024 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey. This activity is divided into 2 stages, namely listing and enumeration. The listing activity is carried out in July, while the enumeration is carried out in August 2024.
