FGD Preparing Bontang City Publications in Figures 2024 and Development of Sectoral Statistics

21/2/2024) BPS Bontang City carried out a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Preparing Bontang City Publications in Figures 2024 and Development of Sectoral Statistics in the North Bontang District Meeting Hall. This activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS Bontang City and attended by OPD/Agencies in Bontang City who act as data producers in the Bontang City Publication in Figures 2024.

The publication Bontang City in Figures is still the publication most popular with data consumers. This FGD activity aims to evaluate, verify and confirm the statistical data that will be presented, so that it is hoped that it can increase the quantity and quality of the data that will be presented.

In this FGD activity, the Head of BPS Bontang City also delivered material on sectoral statistics development regarding the importance of sectoral data quality and the results of the Evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation (EPSS) in 2023. Apart from that, BPS Bontang City also gave awards to OPDs/Agencies with a level of speed and responsibility. best.
